I am sure what you are reading right now is the product Documentation. Though now it has not yet been fully complete we hope to complete it sometimes soon and as we are going along the way add more things to it and make it fully complete.
For any kind of support issue, please submit your support request to our forums at http://forum.uniformserver.com/. If you do not get an answer to your problem within 2 full weeks, contact support@uniformserver.com for support assistance.
Please submit bug reports to the Source Forge Bugs Tracking System. All bug reports should be accompanied by one or more concrete examples or the cause so that it will help us reproduce/figure out the problem. Include all relevant information that you think will help us recreate the particular environment in which the bug was observed. Remember, if we cannot reproduce the problem, we cannot fix it.
For now, commercial support uses the same systems as every other users. Follow the details on top!
